Specialties-Broccolini

Little baby tender stalks of miniature broccoli.  Broccolini has a milder, sweeter flavor than "regular" broccoli.  My favorite way to prepare it is to toss it in olive oil, roast til tender, and top with shaved asiago or parm.  Delicious!
