Head Lettuce-Radicchio

You know that little purple ball that looks like red cabbage but isn't?  That's radicchio!
AKA the purple shreds that sometimes come in spring mix!
It has a pleasantly bitter crunch and is great mixed in with other lettuces in a summer salad.
