4 oz of our delicious, homegrown oyster mushrooms
Classic in a stir fry, or try Frankie's favorite recipe:
Oyster Mushroom "Bacon Bits" ("The world's best salad topper in the world")
Heat oven to 375
Chop Ouster mushrooms (stems and all!) into small pieces-1" to 1/2"
Toss in peanut or canola oil
drizzle with a touch of sesame oil and soy sauce, and a generous shake of smoked paprika; toss to coat the mushrooms evenly
Roast until brown and crispy--check after 15 minutes, then add time as needed
