How We Use SMS

Tiny Seed Farm sends SMS text messages to customers who explicitly opt in. Messages may include:

• CSA pickup reminders and box contents updates
• Order confirmations and delivery notifications
• Time-sensitive farm announcements
• Login verification codes

How You Opt In

You consent to receive SMS messages from Tiny Seed Farm by:

• Checking the "SMS Text Messages" checkbox during CSA member onboarding at app.tinyseedfarm.com (Step 3: Communication Preferences). This checkbox is unchecked by default and requires your explicit action to enable. A TCPA disclosure appears with brand name, message types, frequency, rate notice, and STOP/HELP instructions.
• Providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during checkout at tinyseedfarm.com.

You will not receive SMS messages from us unless you have explicitly opted in using one of the methods above. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. During the active CSA season (June–November), members may receive 1–4 messages per week. Outside the CSA season, messages are infrequent.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message from us
• Updating your communication preferences in your CSA member portal
• Emailing todd@tinyseedfarmpgh.com

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages.
