Mustard greens are less bitter than kale or collard greens, and more peppery, like arugula. You can braise them like you would any other cooking green. Or make a delicious homemade batch of sarson ka saag (a staple in my house!). They are also great pickled! Mustard greens are Frankie's second favorite green, after turnip greens--in case you wanted to know!
